Job Description

As a JavaScript developer on this team, you would contribute in the following areas:

Develop the JavaScript / TypeScript implementations of base Power Ecosystem protocol that shape how developers and users will experience the Power Ecosystem
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues for a complete Power Ecosystem Stack
Work with a fast growing community of open source contributors that are excited and want to help the projects on Power Ecosystem
Participate in the design of the protocols used in Power Ecosystem, give recommendations and lead the implementation of new innovations throughout the stack
Engage and educate the community, from users to contributors
Contribute on Open Source code repositories
Develop robust, reusable and maintainable JavaScript / TypeScript code
Develop and implement new functionality to the library, including adding new Web3 Cloud features.
Work with our design, QA, and product teams to build the best possible plugin products with compelling user experiences, while working within a secure execution environment and templated design system.

Skills and Qualifications

Deeply understanding modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with Ethereum Virtual Machine, Web3js, Solidity, WASM
Previous hands-on experience with security and cryptography.
Prior experience developing JavaScript libraries and working with NPM repository.
Comfort working remotely and with a high degree of independence and autonomy.
Familiarity with agile processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with open-source software principles
